Snow brought into town by trucks to setup Chuo Ward’s annual Snow Festival in Tokyo. Even though the temperature is 13 degrees Celcius, urban kids get a chance to try skiing, eat traditional food, ride ponnies, play with ducks or build a snow man. The event takes place behind St. Luke’s Hospital.
