Kujukuri Beach in Chiba prefecture is about 59.7 km long. “Kujuku” is 99 and one “Ri” is about 4 km. The beach is 2 hours by car from Tokyo.
Yasukuni Shrine is world famous for hosting War Criminals’ tombs. Prime Minister Koizumi went into a blind gate, where he was too stubborn to stop visiting the shrine, even though his visits damaged the country’s relationship with all Asian countries that suffered from Japanese aggression during WW2. It became impossible for Koizumi to stay in office, and he had to resign.
