Are we the first people eating Monja-yaki in Norway? This speciality from Tsukishima, our old neighborhood in Tokyo, consists of Cabbage, water, flour and a few other ingrediences. Our favourites are Kare-monja (Curry), Tarako-monja (Cod roe) and Cheese monja. The Monja Street in Tsukishima is a tourist destination and Tsukuda kids (such as our kids) prefer to celebrate birthday parties at Monja restaurants. Yummy!

And yes, もんじゃ焼き is a real dish, nothing we just made up after a failed meal.
